YHE-F10 Smart Nurse Call System
Advanced Nurse Call System with full touch screen and integration to medical devices
The YHE-F10 Series is a full touch screen nurse call system designed to enhance patient care with style, intelligence, and comfort. It connects every point of the ward, from the bedside to the nurse station to the command center, so alerts reach the right person quickly and responses are handled with care. Built on a medical-grade platform, it balances security, reliability, and performance for healthcare facilities of every size.
The F10 brings together a complete range of devices: nurse station and duty terminals, bedside terminals and call switches, doorside terminals, corridor lights and displays, emergency call buttons, and a smart fall detector. Features such as two-way voice intercom, multi-mode alerts, RFID tracking of staff and patients, and over 70 customizable report formats help teams prioritise calls and manage workflow. IPX68-rated devices withstand demanding clinical environments, and a dedicated receiver app delivers real-time alerts with escalation to staff on the move.
System Features
One Cable, Endless Possibilities
The F10 runs on IP using only CAT6 cabling, replacing the bulky wiring of conventional systems. Installation is simple and quick, and future upgrades or expansions are just as easy.
Every Call, Heard Clearly
Two-way voice communication connects patients and nursing staff in real time, from the bedside, doorside, and emergency stations. Nurses can respond and reassure patients immediately, without needing to walk to the room first.
Striking electronic nursing identification
Calls appear on the nurse terminal with colour-coded priorities, so emergency calls stand out from routine requests. Nurses can see what needs attention first and respond in the right order.
Advanced information interaction platform
The F10 connects and integrates with the hospital’s HIS, so patient and bed information flows between systems without double entry. Staff get a complete picture in one place, and the hospital gets unified operations.
Every Response, on Record
RFID tracking records when a call was made, how long it rang, who attended, and how long the response took. This data feeds into more than 70 report formats, giving administrators the evidence to review response times, monitor nursing workflow, and support compliance.
Alerts That Follow Your Team
The dedicated Receiver App delivers real-time alerts to nurses on the move, with call history and current assignments at their fingertips. Calls are automatically directed to the right team member and follow a customised escalation path if no one responds.
Smart Ward Overview
The F10 Smart Ward connects every part of the ward into one system. At the bedside, the bedside module combines an electronic headboard card, call intercom, and vital signs information, with a toilet pull cord for emergencies. Corridor displays, corridor lights, and duty terminals keep staff informed, while the nurse station host unit and nursing dashboard give a ward-wide view of calls, patients, and staffing. The ward management workstation (nurse host unit) supports operations, nursing, and equipment management, and the access control extension unit helps secure entry to the ward.
System Network Schematic
The F10 Smart Ward Connection framework links every point of the ward into one coordinated nurse call system. At the center, a PoE switch in the LV room connects over CAT6 cabling to the main server, the nurse station’s medical care host, the duty room terminal, and an access terminal. From there the network extends along the corridor to the corridor display, corridor lights, room controllers, and doorside terminals.
Inside each ward, a bedside terminal with a handset gives patients a direct line to staff. A bath station with pull cord provides emergency calling in the toilet and bathroom, and a Code Blue button is available for critical situations. Every call is routed through the network and shown at the right point, from the corridor to the nurse station, so staff always know where to go and how urgent it is.
